Artists' FAQ / operation of the platform

What is my status as an artist on AEDAEN?

To sell your works on AEDAEN.com, several statuses are possible:

- occasional seller
- professional artist
- artist registered with the Maison des Artistes (or another society of authors)

Whatever your situation, you can exhibit and sell on AEDAEN, but it is your responsibility to first find out about your tax and social obligations.

See our General Conditions of Use for more information.

What commission do you take on sales?

The AEDAEN commission is 30%, excluding VAT, of the price including VAT, of your work. It includes all services we offer via the platform:

> the provision of a space allowing you to be visible and sell your works directly to art buyers
> the promotion of the site and indirectly of your image to the public
> the support of an Artistic Committee of recognized experts

See our General Conditions of Use for more information.

Who determines the price of works?

You determine the price, including tax, of your works. Bear in mind that our artistic committee is also there to help you. It can also contact you and give you advice if the price is considered too low or too high in relation to the market.

See our General Conditions of Use for more information.
